Aqualand Meknes is a family water park in Meknès, Morocco. Haisan (Guangdong Haisan Amusement Technology), a China-based water park equipment manufacturer and supplier, supplied the park's water ride equipment.

The water park covers around 10,000 m² and opened in 2018, serving the Meknès region with a mix of thrill slides, a wave pool and family water play.

Haisan's Role

Haisan supplied the water ride equipment for Aqualand Meknes, manufacturing and delivering the park's slides, wave pool and river attractions to Morocco.

Thrill Slides

A Boomerang Slide sends riders up a near-vertical wall before they slide back down, while a Bowl Slide drops them into a revolving funnel. A Multislide provides multi-lane racing.

Other Slides

An Octopus Slide and a Spiral Slide extend the park's range of twisting descents, supported by a high-speed slide for fast, direct drops.

Water Play and Leisure

A small Water Play Structure provides family water play with splash features, while a Lazy River gives guests a slow floating route. A wave pool forms the centre of the park's water play area.

Equipment and Manufacturing

Haisan manufactured and factory-tested the Boomerang Slide, Bowl Slide, Multislide, Octopus Slide, Spiral Slide, high-speed slide, Water Play Structure and wave pool systems before shipping them to Morocco.

Installation and Commissioning

Haisan supported on-site installation and commissioning as part of the park's delivery programme.

Project Result

Aqualand Meknes gave the Meknès region a dedicated family water park and became one of Haisan's reference projects in North Africa, showing the company's ability to deliver a compact, varied water park equipment package for an overseas operator.
