Kuriftu Water Park is the largest water park in East Africa, a 30,000 m² hotel resort water park in Ethiopia opened in 2019, for which Haisan provided design, equipment manufacture and installation supervision covering the Boomerang Slide, wave pool, big Water Play Structure and water play features.

Kuriftu Water Park (埃塞俄比亚Kuriftu水上乐园) is the largest water park in East Africa. Haisan provided water park design, equipment manufacturing and installation supervision for the project as a China-based water park equipment manufacturer and supplier.
The park covers 30,000 m² at the Kuriftu Resort and opened in 2019, bringing a resort-scale water park to a region where no comparable facility existed at the time.
Haisan defined the water park layout and attraction mix for the resort site, then manufactured the equipment and supervised installation on site, acting as a single water park equipment partner across design and delivery.
The slide line-up is led by the Boomerang Slide, which drops riders into a steep wall and reverses the descent, supported by a spiral slide that adds a longer, radius-based ride for guests who prefer a gentler thrill.
A wave pool provides the park's main water body and beach-style edge, generating repeatable wave cycles that allow a large number of guests to share the same attraction.
A big Water Play Structure forms the family centre of the park, with multi-level slides, tipping buckets and spray features, supported by a set of interactive water play features for younger guests.
The Boomerang Slide, spiral slide, wave pool, big Water Play Structure and water play features were engineered and manufactured by Haisan for shipment to Ethiopia, with installation supervision provided by Haisan's technical team.
Kuriftu Water Park became the largest water park in East Africa and gave the resort a destination-scale water attraction. The project is a reference for Haisan's water park design and equipment delivery in the African resort market.
