Integrated stage, LED screen, sound and lighting package for wave pool decks and event plazas. Screens from 30 to 120 m2 at P3.9-P6.25, sound reinforcement of 110-130 dB, and IP65 weather protection for permanent outdoor operation.
5,000-6,500 nit screens specified against the venue's actual sun angle
screen, sound and lighting run from one console with stored show scenes
IP65 display face, marine-rated enclosures and surge protection as standard.
night shows and pool parties convert a daytime park into an evening business
Most water parks treat the stage as an afterthought and end up with a screen that is unreadable at midday, speakers that corrode within two seasons and a lighting rig that cannot be operated by anyone on the park's own staff. Specifying the four elements as one system avoids all three problems, because brightness, coverage, power and control are then sized against the same audience area and the same operating calendar.
What the Package Covers
The scope is a galvanized stage structure with a roof and back wall, an LED display wall, a line array sound system with subwoofers, stage and effect lighting, and a control room or rack position linking all of it. Truss, rigging points and cable management are included so that the package can be installed by a local contractor against Haisan drawings rather than needing a specialist AV integrator on site.
LED Display
Pixel pitch is chosen from viewing distance: P6.25 for audiences beyond 12 metres, P4.8 for 8-12 metres, and P3.9 where the screen also carries sponsor content and close-viewed messaging. Brightness of 5,000-6,500 nits is the practical minimum for a screen facing direct sun; a refresh rate of at least 3,840 Hz keeps the image clean when filmed for social media. Cabinets are front-serviceable so a failed module can be swapped from the audience side without scaffolding, and the front face carries IP65 sealing with a UV-stable mask.
Sound Reinforcement
A line array of 8-16 cabinets per side covers a 2,000-5,000 m2 deck at 110-130 dB continuous, with subwoofers ground-stacked or flown depending on rigging capacity. Because the venue is outdoors and surrounded by water, all enclosures are rated for humidity and salt exposure, and amplifiers are housed in a ventilated IP54 rack. A delay ring is usually added for long pools so the far side hears the same thing at the same time as the front row.
Stage Lighting and Control
Lighting is specified for dusk and night operation: 200-400 W LED moving heads for beam and wash, LED pars for stage wash, and IP65 flood fixtures for architectural highlighting of adjacent structures. Everything runs on DMX512 or Art-Net from a single console, with playback of stored scenes so that routine shows need one button rather than a trained LD. Emergency and house lighting are kept on a separate circuit so the venue can be evacuated with the show system dark.
Weather, Power and Safety
Permanent outdoor installations are engineered for the local wind load, with the screen and truss either rated for the design gust or fitted with a demountable lower section for storm season. Power is sized with 25-30 percent headroom and protected by surge arrestors on both the supply and the signal lines, which is the single most effective measure against lightning damage in coastal parks. All steel is hot-dip galvanized, and every accessible edge, cable tray and rigging point is inspected before each season.
