Wonderful Mermaid Water World (浙江温州乐园三期水世界) is the water park phase of Wenzhou Amusement Park in Ouhai District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. Haisan (Guangdong Haisan Amusement Technology), a China-based water park equipment manufacturer and supplier, carried out the water park equipment planning and landscape scheme and supplied all of the water rides.
Phase III has a planned land area of 53,768 m² and an investment of around 1 billion RMB. Its water world opened on June 3, 2025.
Haisan delivered water park equipment planning and the landscape scheme for Phase III and supplied the complete water ride package, coordinating attraction selection with the existing themed park.
The park's thrill core is an Octopus Slide combined with a high-speed slide and a large water ring, plus a platform grouping a Whirlwind Slide with The Surge Hurricane Slide.
A Giant Dragon Legend combination slide provides a multi-rider themed descent, supported by a Flying Fish Slide for lighter thrill levels.
A wave pool forms the centre of the water world, while an Extreme River and a river-valley drifting course give guests long, moving water experiences.
A Big Water Play Structure and a set of children's slides and water play features serve families across the phase.
Haisan designed, manufactured and factory-tested the Octopus Slide combination, the Whirlwind and Surge Hurricane platform, the Giant Dragon Legend combination slide, the Flying Fish Slide, the Big Water Play Structure, the wave pool, the Extreme River and the drifting attractions.
Haisan handled on-site installation and commissioning ahead of the water world's June 3, 2025 opening.
Wenzhou Amusement Park Phase III adds a full water world to an established amusement park, with the whole park expected to receive more than two million visitors a year. The project reflects Haisan's ability to plan attractions and landscape as well as supply equipment within an existing theme park.
